The staff at Ramada were helpful and accommodating. They were really nice too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular instance stands out where I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I brought it to their attention and within minutes a maintenance technician was sent to fix the problem. The issue was resolved promptly and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and cool room for the remainder of my stay. The attentiveness and quick response of the staff really impressed me.

Despite being near the airport, we didn't hear any noise from the flights, especially with the windows closed. The hotel's location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the tube station with direct access to the airport and central London. This made it really convenient for my business trip.

The room at Ramada was warm, cosy, and super clean, a cute sight after arriving in heavy rain. The shower gel provided was of great quality and there was a reasonable selection of beers available at a fair price. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. Although there was some noise from the flight path to Heathrow, it didn't bother me much after enjoying a few drinks. My room at the back of the hotel was peaceful with little road noise. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
