Some technical issues with the room such as a faulty kettle switch and non, functional air conditioning. Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements with two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

The staff at Ramada were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular instance stands out where I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. I brought it to their attention and within minutes a maintenance technician was sent to fix the problem. The issue was resolved promptly and I was able to enjoy a comfortable and cool room for the remainder of my stay. The attentiveness and quick response of the staff really impressed me.

The shower gel provided was of great quality and there was a reasonable selection of beers available at a fair price. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free. Although there was some noise from the flight path to Heathrow, it didn't bother me much after enjoying a few drinks. My room at the back of the hotel was peaceful with little road noise. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
